Booking Conditions
To confirm the reservation:
an advance payment equal to the cost of the first night is required;
payment must be made within 24 hours of confirmation.
The reservation becomes firm only after confirmation of the advance payment.
If the advance is not paid within the specified time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is possible at least 30 days before the check-in date.
In case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, the advance is non-refundable.
In case of no-show, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Special situations:
In exceptional cases (force majeure), cancellation requests may be reviewed individually.
